Starting from 09:00 am, an assigned will escort our guests on a culinary adventure, introducing unique tastes and indigenous ingredients along the way to Hôm Market – the most longstanding market in Hanoi.

Guests will then return to open kitchen at the hotel’s indoor Courtyard and learn how to create their Vietnamese culinary masterpiece under the guidance from the hotel’s dedicated culinary team. Guests can then enjoy their hard work, dining comfortably in the hotel’s Courtyard.
